The short version. If you call us, we get your phone number and a record of the call so we know which advert produced it. If you accept cookies, Google gets to see that your visit turned into a call. You can decline both and the phone number still works. We do not sell your personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Valid (valid.co) (“we”, “us”) as a marketing partner of The Right Choice Heating and Air Inc., a licensed Texas HVAC and plumbing contractor (TDLR licence TACLA15275E, RMP licence M37617).
When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to The Right Choice, who carry out the work. Both companies handle some of your information. Questions about either can go to support@therightchoicetexas.com.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data — no health, biometric, precise geolocation, immigration or genetic information. Please do not send any.
Who we share it with
- The Right Choice Heating and Air Inc. — so they can call you back and carry out the work.
- Our call tracking provider (our call tracking provider) — to connect and log the call.
- Google — advertising and conversion measurement, only if you accept cookies.
- Anyone we are legally required to share with — a court order, or to protect someone’s safety.
We do not sell your personal data for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “targeted advertising” or a “sale” under Texas law. You can switch them off — see below.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies until you accept them. Decline and nothing but your choice is stored; every part of the page, including the phone number, keeps working. You can change your mind at any time using Your privacy choices in the footer of the home page.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out automatically and never show you the banner.
Your rights in Texas
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
Email support@therightchoicetexas.com. We will respond within 45 days and may ask you to verify who you are. If we refuse, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will answer the appeal within 60 days and, if we still refuse, tell you how to complain to the Texas Attorney General.
If you live in another state, you may have similar rights. Ask us and we will apply them.
How long we keep it
Call records and enquiry details: 24 months. Advertising data is kept according to Google’s own retention settings. We delete sooner on request.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is completely secure. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
