The short version. The prices here are real published prices for standard work, but they are not a binding quote until a technician has seen the job. Using this site does not create a contract. The work is carried out by The Right Choice Heating and Air Inc., a licensed Texas contractor.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Valid (valid.co) as a marketing partner of The Right Choice Heating and Air Inc. All HVAC work is performed under TDLR Air Conditioning and Refrigeration licence TACLA15275E. All plumbing work is performed under Responsible Master Plumber licence M37617, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, P.O. Box 4200, Austin, TX 78765-4200, (512) 936-5200.
About the prices
The prices shown are the published flat rates for standard residential work in the Tarrant County service area, current at the date above. They include what each listing says they include.
They are not a binding quote. A job can cost more where there is difficult attic or crawlspace access, a code upgrade is required, or the equipment is non-standard. Where that applies we tell you the firm number before any work begins, and you decide then.
Prices can change. If a price on this page differs from the price quoted on the phone, the quoted price is the one that applies.
The diagnostic fee
The $89 diagnostic is waived when you approve a repair on the same visit. If you decline the repair, the $89 is payable for the technician’s time and the written diagnosis.
Calls
Calls to the number on this site are routed through a tracking service so we can tell which advert produced them. Standard carrier rates apply. By calling, you agree we may return your call about your enquiry.
No guarantee of service
Submitting an enquiry or calling does not oblige anyone to provide service, and does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you approve a written quote.
Warranty
New system installations carry a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty. Repair warranties vary by component and are stated in writing before you approve the work. Warranty terms are set out in the paperwork you receive, which governs if it differs from this page.
Limits
This site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights against the contractor for work actually performed.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
